Pedro and Noemi's House Warming

The Montes Family was a special real estate relationship as medical reasons were a factor.  After obtaining their agreement to list their single family twin, properly pricing it (at market value), the Montes family was able to sell within approximately one month's time.

Noemi and I later searched high and low to find their dream home.  After extensive searching, we found this incredible home that fit their needs and wowed!  Pedro was able to see the property and confirm that it’s the one!

They requested to place an offer on the property.  I then negotiated on their behalf which was more than successful.  After over seeing their transactional details, the Montes’ are now enjoying Home Sweet Home!
